Haiku
Conjectures3.com
Struggling with Haiku,
I search my soul for beauty
And find love instead
***
February now...
Illness steals our joy
Winter Vacation!
***
We can still find hope
In the little things, and yet...
Grieving continues
***
It will be okay
So long as every year we
re‑invent ourselves
***
In between our talk
conversation's magic works
creating new life
***
Out of the darkness
conversations light a path
We can find our way
Young budding flower
Petals, stamen, pistals, all
Unfolding beauty
***
Struggling to write now,
I yearn for peace and quiet:
Books don't write themselves!
***
Lakes nestled so green,
amongst erupting pine trees:
Big Montain's alive.
***
Woman of Japan,
movie camera in your hand,
stealing Mountain scenes.
***
A tiny bird perched
atop the highest tree branch,
remains nameless still
***
Today at our school,
Three teenagers lost their minds.
We searched everywhere!
***
Oh, so out of it
dazed and confused too often
wishing I were here
***
From far far away
an envelope lights up our door
kindness of a friend
***
my jittery nerves
carry me to dark places
constant worrying
***
growing old too fast
so easy to feel useless
not to my grandsons
***
this way and that way
riots of colors sing out:
magic of a quilt
***
daily news is filled
with politics of levels
nuclear Japan
***
